Phillip Rolla

Phillip Rolla, President of Dan Caputo Co., is responsible for the company’s acquisitions and
dispositions, financing arrangements, and dynamic asset management strategies across all
company projects.

Additionally, Phil is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of GPR Ventures, a private real estate
investment firm. Under his vision and leadership, GPR Ventures has acquired more than $1
billion in real estate nearly 3 million square feet since 2011. The firm has also built a strong
reputation for creating a premium tenant experience through its proactive asset management.

Before joining Dan Caputo Co. in 1999, Phil led U.S. and Canadian acquisitions and asset
management as a Principal at ING Realty Partners. In addition to his professional pursuits, Phil
serves on the boards of various professional, non-profit, and youth sports organizations,
providing fundraising guidance and strategic advice. Phil earned a B.S. in Economics and
Government from Claremont McKenna College, where he played soccer and studied abroad at
the London School of Economics. In his spare time, Phil enjoys golf, pickleball, fitness, travel,
and spending time with his family
